Global Talent

GCA’s global team is represented by 80 top-tier coaches around the world.  All of our alliance partners have been rigorously vetted against GCA’s operating and delivery standards and bring an average of 15 years corporate experience in service to our clients.  

As a team, we represent contributing faculty members at some of the most prestigious coaching certification programs in the world including the Hudson Institute, the Strozzi Institute, Corporate Coach U, Academy of Coach Training and the Academy of Executive Coaching. In addition, we are contributing members of the World Consortium for Research and Development Training, an Advisory Board member of the Tokyo based All Nippon Management Coaching Association, and a Director of Business Strategy and Development for InVision Business in China. 

Many of our coaches are published authors and have presented at international venues including the prestigious Tsing Hua University of Beijing, the World Congress of Human Resource Management, the World Consortium for Research & Development of Training and the annual Etsy Conference.  In North America we have presented at The Wharton Business School, Columbia University, Yale University, Virginia Tech, Google, and multiple Conference Board events.

GCA’s team has held various leadership roles in organizations serving the global coaching community in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Australia. We are past and current members of the International Coach Federation credentialing committee, past President of the UK ICF and Co-Chair of the ICF Global Regulatory Committee, Vice-Chair of the Global Board Committee, and an ICF assessor of coaches at Master and Professional levels of certification in Scandinavia.
