Coaching Skills Training

GCA’s “coach-the-coach” programs are customized to serve business leaders and human resource professionals. Coaching is fundamentally about facilitating change that leads to coordinated movement aligned with meeting business results. Our design provides a powerfully integrated learning experience that leaves participants with enhanced skills for generative conversations that result in greater engagement, commitment and coordinated action.

Our programs are customized to meet your organization’s climate, culture and business challenges. Learning tools and activities may include, but are not limited to, purposeful conversation, rehearsal and role-plays, videotaping, supportive confrontation and appreciative inquiry, relevant reading, work analysis and planning, and strategic planning. In addition, core coaching competencies are reviewed and a coaching “toolkit” is presented.
