Expatriation and Repatriation

Global Coaching Alliance, LLC (GCA) delivers coaching to leaders who are beginning or ending an expatriate assignment in order to assist them in managing the transition challenges. Specific coaching topics may focus on cross-cultural awareness, regional-appropriate social, political, or economic issues, dealing with language differences, appreciating the personal logistics of an international relocation, and organization-specific topics.

Repatriation coaching supports the executive in maintaining vital relationships at “home,” while partaking fully of the leadership and skill development opportunities the global assignment was designed to provide.  Long-term and strategic career management provides a backdrop to the coaching conversation.
