Support 3 business functions that were partnering in the launch of a new indication for a top selling drug. The product launch was to be delivered over the course of 2 weeks at six locations throughout the U.S. Our client wanted to ensure functional perspectives were presented in an aligned, deeply engaging manner through a storytelling platform.
GCA worked with the team over a 90 day period leading up to launch.The organizing principle of this work was patient impact and the ease of suffering this indication brought through meeting an unmet need in the marketplace. The team established core operating values and an energized vision, common storylines to support and express the enterprise-wide sales strategy, and enhanced presentation skills based on their heart connection to this drug and deep connection to patient impact. Feedback from the SVP was that the team “had defined what launch ready looks like.” To this day we get feedback from team members about this being the most impactful team experience of their careers.
