Global Coaching Alliance, LLC (GCA)  team coaching is offered to executives who rely upon each another on a day to day basis in order to strengthen their collective ability to meet business goals. Our programs are grounded in adult behavioral development and systems process theory, are highly interactive, action and results oriented, and fun. At the heart of our work with teams lies our belief in community. Creating communities for action sets up conditions in which people care about the outcomes of what they do together. Our cross-cultural team building approach is designed to increase executives’ cultural awareness of working successfully with a global team; includes virtual cross-cultural team building.  Format and content is customized dependent on the cultural mix of the executives and team members.  GCA also offers 1 to 3 day country-specific briefings and multi-cultural team building programs.
