Client Need

CEO challenged to double revenue, add several new vital clients’ services, professionalize staff and expand an urban scope to an East coast regional market.  Client is widely respected as an inspiring leader in her field, yet, as an attorney by training, requires support in stepping up to the wider and more demanding leadership challenge. 

Results

Our work began with supporting the CEO’s efforts at assessing her executive team, making and communicating tough organizational and personnel decisions and clearly conveying priorities and enterprise-wide messages. Major accomplishments included her forming a new team including a new CFO and CIO; skillfully moving to new facilities and reforming the board of trustees. As CEO, she articulated a clear strategy and fostered enterprise-wide buy-in to improving client service and operational discipline.
