Jorge Estrada, Managing Partner

Jorge has been GCA Latin America lead for 8 years, contributing to executive coaching and consulting projects throughout Latin America. Jorge has over 20 years experience in Organizational Development consulting, Leadership Development, Executive coaching, change management, multi-cultural team effectiveness, and strategic planning with national and international corporations. Jorge works with clients to identify possibilities and business opportunities, developing preferred future scenarios and action strategies designed to promote leadership and organizational effectiveness.

Jorge is a passionate, people-driven professional who believes in and helps leaders leverage their talents and abilities to produce meaningful work and a fulfilling balanced life. He leverages his values in leadership, faith, relationships, authenticity, transformational learning, integrity, and creativity to coach leaders and managers across industries, facilitate leadership development programs and help organizations create cross-cultural understanding, and manage change effectively.

Today, he consults for and coaches in sectors such as high tech agriculture, aviation, biotech, communications, construction, energy, higher education, leadership development, nutrition, pharma, and world relief/development. Jorge received his Biologist degree from El Zamorano, the Pan-American School of Agriculture in Honduras, his B.S. and M.S. in Business Management from Kansas State University, and his leadership coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, CA. Jorge also founded Leadership Coaching International Inc. in Seattle in 2001 and Centro Liderato in Central America in 2009, entities dedicated to executive coaching, leadership development, and change management. He worked previously in the feed and pharmaceutical industries in the U.S. and abroad between 1991 and 2001. Over the years Jorge has continued his development by participating in multiple professional development and certification programs. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and the International Organizational Development Association.

Jorge’s executive coaching, OD consulting processes, and leadership development programs leverage tools such as: Facilitative Leadership (Interaction Associates), Appreciative Inquiry, open space, FutureSearch, Executive Team Renewal, Transitions, Design, Diagnostics, and methodologies that have produced results around the world with clients such as Pfizer, Cargill, Grupo Rica, AgroAmerica, Grupo LALA, Walmart C.A., World Vision, and Nokia to name a few.

Jorge is originally from Guatemala and coaches, trains, facilitates and consults globally, including organizations in the Unites States, Mexico, Guatemala, Canada, Costa Rica, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Argentina, Finland, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Chile, Thailand, Spain, Bolivia, and Great Britain. Jorge consults, trains and coaches for English and Spanish speaking clients.
